Key Communications is a certified and manufacturer trained sales, installation and service company for Panasonic  IP-PBX, Avaya IP-Office and Iwatsu ECS Hybrid IP Telephone Systems in the central Vermont and New Hampshire area. Located in White River Junction, Vermont right on the boarder with New Hampshire. We service the greater Upper Valley region along the Connecticut River and all of Vermont and New Hampshire. The staff and owners at Key Communications have over 42 combined years of experience of installation, servicing, programming office telephone, voice processing, voice mail, paging systems, VOIP, installation, IP Camera systems, installation, certification, repair and testing of computer networks cabling and fiber-optic in the central Vermont, New Hampshire area.

Service is the cornerstone of Key Communications. We are committed to establishing and maintaining a close customer relationship before, during, and after the sale. We offer on-site service to all customers all of the time. We realize that the race for quality has no finish line, and we're dedicated to taking care of our customers before, during and after the project.

Meet Our Staff -

Robert Cunningham - Owner/Installer/Technician - Steven Knapp - Owner/Installer/Technician - Both Robert (Bob) and Steven (Steve) have been working in communications since it was cans and string and smoke signals. Well, maybe not quite that long... but close! They joined together and created Key Communications in 1997 and quickly became the Number One place to go for all your communications needs.

Brian Heino - Installer/Technician - Brian came to Key in early 2001 with an extensive knowledge of communications cabling and quickly learned the communications systems. He is currently our lead cabling tech and system installer.

Steve Breit - Installer/Technician - Steve started with Key in 2006, took about a year off in 2009, and came back to us in 2010. He has excelled in cabling and communications systems and we are so happy to have him back.

Sarah Rostran - The Go-To Girl - Sarah has been with Key since early 1999, we don't really have a title for her as she does whatever is needed at the time. Scheduling, tech support, parts manager, remote programming, sales, website design, you name it, she does it.
